Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to all members, including verified users, trial users, and anyone invited to or browsing the Service.

You must be at least 23 years old and seeking a committed, long-term relationship. Intentional is not for casual dating, hookups, or anyone under 23.

You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, location, profession, or relationship intentions.

• Create an account on behalf of someone else, or operate a fake or misleading profile.

• Use another member's account, or share your login credentials.

• Harass, stalk, threaten, coerce, or intimidate any member.

• Send unsolicited sexual content, or pressure anyone for money, gifts, or intimate images.

• Solicit money, investments, or business through the Service, including romance scams or fraudulent schemes.

• Attempt to move members off-platform for deceptive, commercial, or unsafe purposes.

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial purpose.

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or access data you are not authorized to view.

• Upload content that infringes another's rights, is unlawful, or is harmful to minors.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent removal and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Human trafficking or sex trafficking — recruiting, transporting, harboring, or coercing any person for exploitation, commercial sex, or forced labor.

• Illegal acts — using the Service to plan, facilitate, or carry out any activity that violates applicable law, including the sale or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, or stolen goods.

• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, using another person's likeness or identity without consent, or creating profiles that are not genuinely you.

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any content depicting or sexualizing minors. We have zero tolerance, report all such material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities, and cooperate fully with investigations.

• Sexual violence and sexual assault — any sexual contact or conduct without clear, knowing, and voluntary consent, including coercion, force, incapacitation, threats, or exploitation. General prohibitions on violence do not apply here; this is an explicit, standalone ban on sexual violence of any kind, on or off the Service.

• Non-consensual intimate imagery and revenge porn — sharing, posting, sending, distributing, or threatening to share any nude, sexual, or intimate photo or video of another person without their explicit consent, regardless of how the image was obtained. This includes images taken in private settings, images edited or manipulated (including deepfakes) to appear sexual, and images of former partners. We treat every report as a safety matter, may remove such content immediately, and report violations to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

You are responsible for the content you share. Photos, video and voice introductions, bios, prompts, and messages must be accurate, yours to share, and free of nudity, hate, violence, or unlawful material. We may remove content that violates this policy.

Every member must complete identity verification. Circumventing verification, using another person's likeness, or editing verification media is prohibited and may result in permanent removal and legal action.

If you experience or observe conduct that violates this AUP, report it through the in-app report tool or our Support page. We review every report and may act on credible reports even without a formal complaint.

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, loss of verification, or permanent account termination. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We may act immediately where safety or legal compliance is at risk.

We do not tolerate harassment, hate, or exploitation of any kind. Members found engaging in such behavior toward other members, our staff, or moderators will be removed from the community.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
